One of our fastest-running dishes at the TYC, the Puran Singh da Tari Wala Murgh is a delectable chicken gravy preparation inspired by the famous Puran Singh Da Dhaba.
This dhaba located on the Ambala Cantonment along the Delhi-Chandigarh Highway and has been serving the best Punjabi chicken curry which is famously known as Puran Singh Chicken Curry since 1958. It is a favorite road-side joint always crowded by patrons and first-time visitors.
We have tried to weave the magic of this simple dhaba-style chicken curry cooked with onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and spices from the famous road side in our preparation! We take pride in the fact that our version of the chicken curry tastes better as told to us by our guests.
